Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thebrandedwardrobe.co.za.. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wring product:

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us mail: info@thebrandedwardrobe.co.za with photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

Exchange:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us by mail: info@thebrandedwardrobe.co.za. We will process the free exchange.

Return shipping costs:

No charge when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective.

Change of mind:

If you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible. If the products have already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. After receiving your products, you must request a return. We do not take any restocking fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email indicating that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund.
  5. You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you.
